Quite a lot slower, hm. I don't really see why this should allocate any more.

This is essentially the same as https://ferrite-fem.github.io/Ferrite.jl/stable/gallery/landau/ , but for elasticity, right? Should we close this then?

I think we can close it. I guess it can be argued that there is some value here in that the physics is something people are used to, which makes it easier to focus on the AD part.

When it comes to focusing on a feature I would always opt for a Poisson example, even though it is the boring physics. When I started elasticity I found it incredibly hard to get started with all the physics details going on.

But yea, Landau is also not much easier to grasp I guess.
