Has the `vertexdicts` been removed from the DofHandler?

Hi!

I recently find that the fied vertexdicts has been removed from the DofHandler in v1.0.0. It can only be obtained by __close! function. Sometimes the vertexdicts is quite useful especially when applying specific constraints or boundary conditions. Will it be reintroduced in future? Or some other function can implement to obtain dofs in a similar way? Thank you!

I am now trying to put the code from the mk/p4est branch to an independent package. The conformity constrain is now implemented as follows

  dh = DofHandler(grid)
  add!(dh, :u, interpolation)
  _, vertexdicts, _, _ = Ferrite.__close!(dh);

  ch = ConstraintHandler(dh);
  ∂Ω = union(
        values(Ferrite.getfacetsets(grid))...
  );
  dbc = Dirichlet(:u, ∂Ω, (x, t) -> analytical_solution(x))
  add!(ch, dbc);
  add!(ch, ConformityConstraint(:u), vertexdicts)
  close!(ch);

The vertexdicts is stored outside the dofhandler. It is necessary to store the vertexdicts when refining. It cannot be the best practise but still works.
