Pickpocket can Hard-Prove Crew Alignment

Pickpockets currently can 100% prove someone is crew aligned. It should be similar to Vandal where a crew can do a traitor aligned action.

Possibly a single type of traitor can do it since a marauder doing it feels weird compared to like an assassin etc.

Also makes pickpockets taking the nuke disk just the 'better' option than the captain having a chance to be a sympathiser. Now it's risky as the pickpocket could actually be a traitor instead.

Possible duplicate with #2604 but modifier should affect traitor as well to prevent just hard-proving other crew aligned anyway.
