Unable to run locally on windows environment

Some error came when try to run locally on windows 10 environment.
tried both ways power shell and CMD. try to upgrade the packages but still not works.

It runs/installed on my machine. I don't think it is related to emurgolance, node-sass just fails to install. It looks like something goes wrong when building it using msbuild. I suggest to try and update build tools and/or go take a look in this direction: nodejs/node-gyp#629 (comment). If all else fails you could try asking the node-sass team.

Everything works for me as well. If all else fails, since you're on Windows 10, you can run Meteor in WSL. Since it's basically linux, it should run without issues.

That's how I'm running Blockrazor, as, for some weird reason, it only shows a blank page on Windows.
