Coverage Matrix Issue

Dear Team,

I would like to ask for help for a problem that keeps on repeating itself and I am unsure as to how to fix it.

Errors:

Autobinning parameter: more-sensitive
Refinement parameter: deep
BASALT started from step: 0
BASALT main program accomplished!
BASALT will continue to cleanup or compress all the temp files. Please wait for a little bit longer
Done!
Checking for Coverage_matrix_list.txt...
ERROR: Coverage step failed for A29 - Coverage_matrix_list.txt not found anywhere

The coverage module keeps on failing. I am unsure on how to proceed. Any guidance would be helpful.

Would it be possible to only use refinement without binning on BASALT?

Noting that I have extra bins, from 4 programs that I am aiming to refine.
