Enabling only selected providers

Is it possible to allow configuration only with explicitly seeting the providers ?

Not fully sure what the original question is trying to express. Aside from providers that require a PA I key to be configured, all other platforms should be enabled by default. When searching, the tool should use the specified literature‑search provider, and only if that provider fails should it automatically fall back to others.
