Add missing cfinish2.a
- Reference the version of _errno in cmoc's crt.asm - Reference the version of _iob defined in KLibc - Make sure _iob entries get initialized (via SECTION rwdata) - Other nits exposed with -nodefaultlibs
Make KLibc FILE* operations work with cmoc with -nodefaultlibs
