we have some weblinks, usually referring to parity (openethereum) wiki.
we should create a DMD wiki for configuring the node software anyway, and point to this links.

cloning and adding adapting pages if needed

we should make it clear visible which wiki parts 1:1 taken from open ethereum
and which one where updated by us

and inform users that by us updated parts 100% fit to DMD v4 and the non updated parts most likely and if they found parts which dont ask trhem to create a issue so we can update it
