Replace Bitnami Helm chart and Docker image with Postgres Operator

Since Bitnami only serves the latest Docker image versions for free now, the Postgres deployment based on the Bitnami Helm chart should be replaced by the usage of the Crunchy Data Postres Operator (PGO) v5.8.7.
