macOS Apple silicon: CrossPaste process exists but GUI sometimes does not open

Description

On macOS Apple silicon, CrossPaste sometimes becomes unresponsive when I click the app to open it.

Expected behavior:

• Clicking CrossPaste should open the GUI window normally.

Actual behavior:

• I click CrossPaste, but nothing appears on screen.
• No window opens and no visible GUI is shown.
• However, the CrossPaste process is still running in the background.

This feels like the app process is alive but the desktop window/UI fails to show.

Reproduction Steps

1. Restart the Mac (Apple Silicon).
2. After the system boots up, launch CrossPaste.
3. Occasionally, the app does not show any window or popup.
4. Check Activity Monitor — the CrossPaste process is still running.

~/Library/Application Support/CrossPaste/logs

I’d like to provide a bit more detail about the issue:

In some cases, the app does not show any GUI and is also not visible in Activity Monitor. However, it does seem to still be running in the background. For example, if I try to connect from another device, the GUI on this machine will suddenly appear again.

Currently, reproducing this issue requires restarting the computer and waiting for some time. I just reinstalled the app and restarted my Mac, so everything is working fine at the moment. I will collect and send the logs the next time this issue occurs.

Please allow me some time to capture the logs when the bug happens again.
