Add private group chats

The client currently supports 1:1 private messages via IRC PRIVMSG. IMO it would be useful to support group conversations with multiple players using private channels and INVITE command.

Good Idea !
but that is hard to moderate ig
imo adding such thing to the CnCNet website or a (CnCNet) android app is better than implementing it in the client only
because if I'm logged in to the client, I can create a room with a password, but if i can chat with my clan-mates for example from my phone... absolutely useful and better

Unless you're registering irc channels, there's also no guarantee that on creation someone creates:
UltimateGamersLobby
then when they all leave
someone else comes along and does the same thing
and the original guys come back to find their group chat filled with others and they have control etc.
