Language bug, when Font.ini is active

Description

Before CnCNet 9.3.0 (before all recent font updates), it was able to write arabic language and now it looks like that

when font.ini is off deleted or what ever it works

We don't ship an Arabic font which is causing this issue for you. IMO this should be left to the translations - so the Arabic translation can specify an Arabic font with English as a fallback. Every font we add will increase the memory usage and there's a lot of languages out there so it could get hectic quick.

We do seem to have a lot of Arabic players though, so I wouldn't be opposed to shipping an Arabic font in the Yuri's Revenge package (adds about +15mb memory), and probably Chinese too.

Anyway, in the meantime, you can edit your Fonts.ini:
-Change this:

[Fonts]
Count=3

to this:

[Fonts]
Count=4

-Then on [Font2] add this:
Fallback=3

-And add to the end of the file:

[Font3]
Type=TrueType
Size=12
Path=\Fonts\NotoSansArabic-Medium.ttf

And add the attached font to your \Resources\Fonts folder.
