Incomplete save files stored in Saves folder

So far Safari has been the only browser that allows save files to be saved to completion, Firefox and Chrome however frequently fail to do this. I also notice that when users are prompted to download the Save File at the end of a test, that this version is always correctly formated and records all data successfully.

Any idea why this might be the case? I am using the WAET 1.2.2 release.
