Recently our transparent finances page had to temporarily be taken down. I accidentally pushed personal information of a transfer recipient to the platform, which had to be made redacted by our fiscal sponsor.
How did this happen? I wasn't aware of transfer recipients' legal name being made public whenever you send a transfer to them.
The outage was from April 16 to April 24, 2026.
