buster issues:

Hello! on the buster install noticed a few things:

• installer is spelt wrong on the initial script output
• it requires php-mbstring (and an apache restart to enable it)
• setup.php is now in /public/setup.php not lose as the output suggests.

Need to add read perms to config.local.php as well;
root@server:var/www/html/postfixadmin-3.2# chmod o+r config.local.php
