Using Open Layer in Blazor, Work with ArcGIS server to show and control maps
using java script in blazor is a huge concern for brgeeners.
so I decide to build a sample blazor wasm hosted with a hard configuration library named open layer
this js library use for GIS maps and works with ArcGIS server and also Geo server
i used another person repo called blayer. to develop it and build my own template project
