added a docker-compose.yml and a Dockerfile and it works. Whats strange is that the frame rate is very low, the queue size is very hi and even after closing the connection from the android app, the queue keeps being processed

I have a similar problem, I started the server with intellij and it displays the "device offline" image on vlc player for example but when I go to connect the android device part of the frames are received but the image does not change on vlc player. on the android side I always have an "empty queue", how did you solve this?

This is a known limitation of the current implementation. I haven't looked at the code in a while but I think one of the main pain points was that the current implementation uses TCP instead of UDP.

Sorry I didn't see this reply, @rozeappletree, but I haven't changed much in the actual application, so performance leaves something to be desired. I'll look into it more in the future to see if we can build on this current basis or if a complete reprogramming is necessary.
