Privacy Policy for Misono

Introduction

The Sirio Network ("we," "us," or "our") operates https://misono.sirio-network.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Service. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the Service.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

  • Your IP address
  • Your User-Agent
  • Your operating system
  • How many times you've fetched Misono
  • The last date and time you fetched Misono (Per IP)
  • The last date and time you configured Misono through its web interface (Per IP)
  • Whenever you use the official Discord Client or not

We collect this information when you voluntarily agree to do so when you use our Service.
You may disable telemetry within the Misono Configurator, which will also wipe instantly all data tied to you with the following exclusions:

  • The last date and time you've fetched Misono (this is required so we don't accidentally wipe your account for inactivity, we however only store the date, not the precise hour down to the second)

How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect for various purposes, including to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our Service
  • Improve, personalize, and expand our Service
  • Understand and analyze how you use our Service
  • Develop new products, services, features, and functionality
  • Communicate with you for customer service, updates, and marketing purposes
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Find and prevent fraud
  • Comply with legal obligations

Data Retention

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
If we detect your account has been inactive for more than 14 days, we will automatically delete all your data automatically.
