does not find the vendor folder #3

Install in October CMS threw error:
~/themes/jumplink-viola/../vendor/font-awesome/scss/font-awesome.scss" does not exist.

it should be:
~/themes/jumplink-viola/../../vendor/font-awesome/scss/font-awesome.scss

where can I fix this?
