In some situations, nothing happens after recording finishes. There's no error message, and no record is left in the history. The first time was when recording approximately 1 minute of audio, but it's happened with much shorter recordings, like saying "hello" several times.
I only saw this log: [2026-05-22][17:13:35][input0_lib][ERROR] process_audio error: Input error: Paste operation timed out (10s). It could be from the 1-minute audio recording, but I'm not sure.
It would be ideal to receive a notification if something goes wrong and also to be able to save the raw audio to retry processing, since in its current state it's unusable because what I recorded is lost, and I have to remember what I said and try again or type it out.
